Workshop Registration and Payment

When you register for a textile craft workshop at Skryxellllxlaer:

• Payment is required at time of registration to secure your spot
• Workshop fees are non-refundable within 7 days of the scheduled workshop date
• We reserve the right to cancel workshops due to insufficient enrollment
• You will receive confirmation and details via email upon successful registration

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy for textile craft workshops is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the workshop receive a full refund
• Cancellations between 7-14 days prior receive a 50% refund
• Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date
• Skryxellllxlaer reserves the right to cancel workshops and will provide full refunds in such cases
• No-shows without prior notification forfeit the workshop fee

Workshop Conduct and Participation

Participants in our textile craft workshops agree to:

• Arrive on time and prepared for the scheduled workshop sessions
• Treat instructors, staff, and fellow participants with respect and courtesy
• Follow safety guidelines and instructions provided during workshops
• Take responsibility for personal belongings brought to the studio
• Notify us in advance of any special needs or accommodations required

We reserve the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior without refund.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and workshop materials, is the property of Skryxellllxlaer and is protected by copyright laws. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or modify website content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Claim ownership of techniques demonstrated in workshops for commercial purposes
• Record or photograph workshop sessions without instructor permission

Items you create during workshops are your property, but workshop curriculum and instructional methods remain our intellectual property.

Participation in textile craft workshops involves working with tools, equipment, and materials that carry inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge:

• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with workshop participation
• You will follow all safety instructions provided by instructors
• You are physically and mentally capable of participating in the workshop
• You will immediately notify instructors of any safety concerns or injuries

Photography and Media Release

During workshops at skryxellllxlaer, we may take photographs or videos for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant us permission to use your likeness in marketing materials unless you explicitly opt out in writing. You may request removal of your image at any time.
