Workshop Cancellation by Participants

We understand that circumstances change and plans may need to be adjusted. Our cancellation policy for textile craft workshops is structured to be fair to both participants and our business:

Cancellation Timeline and Refunds

• More than 14 days before workshop: Full refund of workshop fee
• 7 to 14 days before workshop: 50% refund of workshop fee
• Less than 7 days before workshop: No refund, but registration may be transferred to a future date
• No-show without notification: No refund and no transfer option

How to Cancel Your Registration

To cancel your workshop registration at skryxellllxlaer:

2. Provide your full name and workshop registration details
3. Specify whether you prefer a refund or transfer to another workshop date
4. We will confirm your cancellation within 24 hours
5. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method

Workshop Registration Transfer

As an alternative to cancellation, you may transfer your workshop registration:

Transfer to Another Date

If you cannot attend your scheduled workshop, you may transfer your registration to a future workshop of equal or lesser value. Transfer requests must be made at least 3 days before your scheduled workshop. Transfers are subject to availability and must be used within 6 months of the original workshop date.

Transfer to Another Person

You may transfer your workshop registration to another person at no additional charge. Simply provide us with the new participant contact information at least 3 days before the workshop. The new participant will receive all workshop details and preparation instructions.

Cancellations by Skryxellllxlaer

On rare occasions, we may need to cancel a workshop due to:

• Insufficient enrollment numbers to run the workshop effectively
• Instructor illness or emergency
• Facility issues or unforeseen circumstances
• Severe weather conditions affecting safety

If Skryxellllxlaer cancels your workshop:

• We will notify you immediately by phone and email
• You will receive a full refund of your workshop fee
• Alternatively, you may transfer to another available workshop date
• Refunds will be processed within 5 business days

Late Arrival and Partial Attendance

We strive to provide the full workshop experience to all participants:

• If you arrive late, you may join the workshop in progress but no refund will be provided for missed time
• If you need to leave early, no partial refund is available
• For multi-session workshops, missing individual sessions does not qualify for partial refunds
• We recommend contacting us if you anticipate attendance issues so we can discuss options

Materials and Supplies

Workshop fees include all materials and supplies necessary for the textile craft workshop:

• All materials provided become yours to keep, including completed projects
• Unused materials remain property of skryxellllxlaer and cannot be returned for refund
• If you bring personal materials to use instead of provided supplies, no fee reduction applies
• Damaged or lost studio tools or equipment may result in replacement charges

Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations arise. In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other extenuating circumstances, please contact us to discuss your situation. While we cannot guarantee exceptions to our policy, we will consider each case individually and work with you to find a reasonable solution.

Gift Certificates and Promotional Credits

If you registered using a gift certificate or promotional credit:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days prior will restore the gift certificate or credit
• Cancellations within 14 days may forfeit promotional credits per the original terms
• Gift certificates remain valid for 12 months from date of purchase
• Promotional credits must be used within the specified timeframe

Group Registrations and Private Workshops

Special terms may apply to group bookings and private workshop arrangements:

• Group cancellation policies are outlined in your group registration agreement
• Private workshop cancellations require at least 14 days notice for full refund
• Individual participants in a group booking should contact the group organizer first
• Custom arrangements may have different cancellation terms as specified in writing

Refund Processing

When you qualify for a refund under our policy:

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
• Credit card refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement
• Cash payments will be refunded by check mailed to your address
• You will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed
